My hope is the credit for time played is a bit more generous that my last visit or two to Harrah's/Caesars in AC. They were friendly, just didn't deliver the requested beverages.
One of the players at my table had to order his soft drink three times before receiving it and I experienced a similar fate a couple of hours later. The dealers were very cordial (Jayson and Kathleen mainly) and the pit bosses were quite visible and also professionally handled a dispute at an adjacent table.
I played Blackjack on the second floor (very spacious) area around tables. Once inside the casino, I was impressed with the visibility of staff and the layout of the facility. I utilized the valet parking and the staff was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the ease of access to the casino. Made the drive from just outside Richmond VA to Horseshoe Baltimore on 12-30-14 (approx 135 miles).
